Important Note:
---------------
1.According AMD Doc#58401 Week-5, Update on 64MB SPI chip usage , It limited the BIOS
image update method . Please refer BIOS update SOP when boot with Turin ES1/2 CPU.
2.Installing Windows Server 2019, 2022, or Windows 10, Windows 11, fails with a blue screen of death (BSOD) error and
the message "MULTIPROCESSOR CONFIGURATION NOT SUPPORTED" when installing on the listed AMD-based ThinkSystem platforms
that have 64+ cores per CPU package.
   Workaround:
    1. Reduce the CPU core count in UEFI setting System Information -> Processors -> Number of Enabled CPU Cores Per" to 64C before OS installation.
    2. Install Microsoft Windows Server.
    3. Download and apply the latest Windows Monthly Update from Microsoft's website:
    For Win2022:
       https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/windows-server-2022-update-history-e1caa597-00c5-4ab9-9f3e-8212fe80b2ee

  3. After the update installation is completed, reboot the system and re-enable all CPU cores. The OS should then function as expected.
  4. For Windows client OS (Windows 10 or Windows 11), the recommendation is to download and install 22H2 of Windows 11 to support this type of high core count CPUs.
  5. PCIe Root Bridge has exchange from PI 0.0.8.0 . Therefor the Bus number assign has change , (Before: G3=0x20 , P3=0x60 . After: G3=0x60 , P3=0x20)
6.Enable PFR function , but request PC (C0 stepping) CPU to support it
  7.Request BMC version V0.11.0
8.BIOS start support NMI function , Need to use BMC V0.15.00 to avoid system hang .
9.Enable Secure Flash for HSI support for WS2022 Cert, and it will change BIOS image layout.

    For Win2019:
       https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/windows-10-and-windows-server-2019-update-history-725fc2e1-4443-6831-a5ca-51ff5cbcb059.
6.Enable PFR function , but request PC (C0 stepping) CPU to support it
  7.Request BMC verison V0.11.0
8.BIOS start support NMI funciotn , Need to use BMC V0.15.00 to avoid system hang .
9.Enable Secure Flash for HSI spport for WS2022 Cert, and it will change BIOS image layout.
Please does not use AMI AFU tool to upgrade/downgrade BIOS version from EVT/DVT/PVT to RTM BIOS (version: 10.01.00)

    For Win2019:

6.Enable PFR function , but request PC (C0 stepping) CPU to support it
  7.Request BMC verison V0.11.0
8.BIOS start support NMI funciotn , Need to use BMC V0.15.00 to avoid system hang .
